Welcome to Dark Nova Gaming (“DNG,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account, posting on our forums, joining a clan, participating in matches, or using darknovagaming.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Accounts & Eligibility

Gamers of all ages are welcome at DNG. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the Site with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. Keep your login credentials private — you are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person; impersonating others or misrepresenting your identity is not allowed.

2. Community Conduct

DNG is community-first. Be respectful. The following are prohibited anywhere on the Site (forums, profiles, clan pages, comments, match reports): harassment, hate speech, or personal attacks; sexually explicit or otherwise age-inappropriate content; spam, scams, phishing, or advertising without permission; sharing anyone’s personal information without consent; illegal content or activity of any kind; and posting content you don’t have the right to share.

3. Fair Play (Clans & Matches)

Cheating, exploiting, match fixing, or falsifying match results is grounds for removal from Clan Wars and, for repeat or serious cases, the community. Disputed match results are reviewed by DNG staff, whose decisions are final.

4. Your Content

You keep ownership of what you post, but you grant DNG a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the Site as part of operating the community. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion.

5. Game Servers

Access to DNG game servers (including our Minecraft server) is a privilege, not a right. Whitelisting, moderation, and bans are handled by DNG staff. Griefing, cheating, or harming the server experience for others may result in removal without notice.

6. Store & Purchases

Purchases made through our store are processed by third-party payment providers. Digital goods and membership perks are delivered as described at checkout. If something goes wrong with an order, contact us and we’ll make it right where we reasonably can.

7. Disclaimers

The Site and our servers are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dark Nova Gaming, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. DNG is not affiliated with or endorsed by the publishers of the games we play.

8. Changes & Contact
